Interactive digital artwork for cd-rom and installation during the Aftershock exhibition at the Zion Arts Centre in Manchester 2002.

An exploration of how athletic self-discipline can counter barriers to personal and collective achievement through interactively re-mixing video and audio narratives.

Featuring international athletes Myrtle Augee (shot putt) and Jon Wild (10,000m), plus individuals from a range of North-West communities.

The project required an extensive use of techniques regarding Quicktime Video and Director/Lingo.
